Water Matters, Let’s Taste It
Eight glasses a day for hydration… sure. But do we actually know what we (and our pets) are drinking?
At this Dry January Water Tasting, you’ll taste 10 different waters, tap, filtered, and bottled, then compare texture, minerality, and mouthfeel side by side.
Your guide is Diana, a working geophysicist and WSET Stage 3 wine professional, which means she doesn’t just tell you what water tastes like, she can explain why it tastes that way. From the minerals water picks up as it moves through rock and soil, to how filtration changes what ends up in your glass, Diana makes water make sense in a fun, approachable way.
You’ll also test what’s in the glass using easy water testing kits, and if you want the most “aha” moment, bring a small sample of your tap or filtered water and test it with us.
